Third Sector’s editor, Emily Burt spoke to Kunle Olulode, chief executive of Voice 4 Change England and Saba Shafi, an organiser for Charity So White, about the steps charities have already taken to tackle institutional racism within society and within their own organisations, and what more needs to be done.
