Eight Golf WAGs to Watch at the Masters 2026

Formula 1, tennis, or golf: It’s difficult to decide which of these sports holds the title of the world’s most glamorous. But this weekend, at least, it would seem the crown belongs to the latter as the great and good gather in Augusta, Georgia, for the Masters 2026.

Marking the first of the four Majors played each year, the Masters boasts a storied history that dates back to 1934 and transcends the sport—even the uninitiated will have heard of the legendary “green jacket” bestowed upon the winner.

The action unfolds in the pristine green surrounds of the Augusta National Golf Club, that prestigious address where stars including Sandy Lyle, Nick Faldo, and Rory McIlroy have all emerged victorious. Jack Nicklaus holds the most Masters wins followed by Tiger Woods, who is skipping the event this year to “focus on his health” after being involved in a vehicle collision last month. (Woods has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence.)

There is a lot at stake. Alongside the honor of calling themselves a Masters champion—and the green jacket to prove it—winners receive the largest share of the multimillion dollar prize pot. Last year’s winner, McIlroy, took home $4.2 million. These big-money wins are what fund the lavish lifestyles of the sport’s elite, who fly private and live in waterfront mansions in Jupiter, Florida, a Palm Beach County enclave so popular with players that it’s known as a pro golf enclave, complete with world-class training facilities—and favorable tax laws.

Like Formula 1, golf has also benefitted from “the Netflix effect”,” with its behind-the-scenes docuseries, Full Swing, bringing the sport to a new audience. (Although its success is dwarfed by that of Drive to Survive).

But what makes the sport particularly glamorous are the wives and girlfriends who support from the sidelines, keeping the players’ worlds turning as they focus on their careers on the green. Although they don’t turn out for every tournament (it would be impossible, given the number), they do descend in force for the Majors. The Masters 2026 is no exception.

This supremely stylish set includes the daughter of a sporting great, title-winning athletes and an actress/model who has graced the cover of Sports Illustrated. Below, find eight of the most captivating golf WAGs to watch.
