SEE – Summerfest Cultural Safaris

Enrichment activities during the season, include the launch of Summerfest Cultural Safaris. Lowes has curated three self-guided local experiences spotlighting iconic Hollywood neighborhoods. These cultural safaris are fully inclusive for every age.

One of the self-guided experiences is Griffith Park, the largest park in Los Angeles and home to the Los Angeles Zoo, the Autry Museum of the American West, the Griffith Observatory, and the famed Hollywood Sign (celebrating 100 years). Many celebrities have or are living in the nearby million dollar homes in Los Feliz, part of the Griffith Park area. This massive park offers horseback riding, open air summer concerts at The Greek Theatre, hiking trails, and picnic areas.

A short walk from the hotel is Runyon Canyon another immersive experience. This 3.5-mile loop trail in the middle of Hollywood offers sweeping views of Los Angeles, and the occasional celebrity walking their dog.
