This was a year of humongous sleeves and tiny purses. It was a year in which maximalism fought back against minimalism through the trident-pronged efforts of cowboy-chic and slime green ooze and elegant gender-bending. Here’s to 2019, and may 2020 bring many more months of extremely decent fits.
