Gene Simmons and Josh Homme to Join Dean Delray for Bon Scott-Era AC/DC Tribute Show

Gene Simmons and Josh Homme are among those set to perform at comedian Dean Delray’s 2026 Bon Scott-era AC/DC tribute show.

The February 3rd show at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood will celebrate Delray’s 60th birthday and mark the final edition of his long-running Bon Scott-era tribute.

The evening is billed as a blend of comedy and live music, beginning with an hour-long set of standup by Delray followed by a two-hour all-star tribute to the late AC/DC singer, who died on February 19th, 1980.

In addition to KISS’ Simmons and Queens of the Stone Age’s Homme, the lineup for this tribute gig features Jake E. Lee (Ozzy Osbourne), Brad Wilk (Rage Against the Machine), Steve Gorman (The Black Crowes), Larry LaLonde (Primus), Billy Rowe (Buckcherry, Jetboy), Mike Inez (Alice in Chains),  Josh Zee (Protein, The Mother Truckers. AZ/DZ), and comedian Bill Burr, with Delray handling lead vocals. Tickets can be found via Delray’s website.

In addition to performing stand-up, Delray also hosts the rock-and-comedy podcast Let There Be Talk.

Meanwhile, AC/DC themselves will be heading on a North American tour later next year. The 17-date summer trek kicks off July 11th in Charlotte, North Carolina, and runs through a September 29th show in Philadelphia. Get tickets here.
