Where to Watch the 24-Hour Marathon

Everyone who celebrates Christmas has their own set of traditions. Some might host a themed gift exchange, while others might hide a Christmas pickle. Many, however, will be watching Ralphie’s holiday escapades over and over and over again with the annual A Christmas Story marathon.

Directed by Bob Clark and starring Peter Billingsley, A Christmas Story has become a staple of the holiday season. Its slight B-movie charm and nostalgic take on Jean Shepherd’s 1966 book In God We Trust: All Others Pay Cash, upon which the film is based, have canonized the Christmas flick so much so that full-day marathons of A Christmas Story have been aired since 1997.

Find out where you can watch or stream A Christmas Story below. Then, revisit our review, as well as our side-by-side comparison of the movie and its legacy sequel, A Christmas Story Christmas.
