Camila Cabello recently listed her Los Angeles home on the market for US$3.95 million following her split with fellow singer Shawn Mendes, according to Top Ten Real Estate Deals. The two briefly lived together in this home during lockdown last year before flying off to Cabello’s Miami home.

Located in Hollywood Hills, the property is 3,579 square feet and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms spanning across three floors. The singer purchased the home in 2019. The property was built in the 1970s boasting a mix of contemporary features with historical charm. The Mediterranean-style interiors give the home a resort-like ambience.

Visitors are greeted with an ornate wrought-iron fence. Inside, the interiors feature dark wood details with iron light fixtures. The home also has unique accents such as colourful tiles surrounding the fireplace in the living room and a feature wall of antique mirrored tiles in the dining room.

The two guest bedrooms on the second level of the home offer ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. The master suite is located on the top floor of the home, a peaceful respite offering a fireplace, walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with dual sinks and a freestanding bathtub. Cabello converted one of the guest bedrooms into a recording studio.

The home features some spectacular outdoor spaces. The living room has retractable glass doors leading directly to the backyard and a saltwater pool with pool beds. There is an option for al-fresco dining under hanging string lights. High walls and thick foliage surrounding the estate offer some privacy. The home also has an advanced security system.

Camila Cabello isn’t the only celebrity selling her home, a dog is selling Madonna’s former mansion. A German Shepard specifically. He is also the wealthiest dog in the world. The mansion is being sold for US$31.75 million. Madonna sold the villa to the dog 21 years ago.
