Tiffany Mitchell had reached out to former Big Brother player Nicole Anthony prior to applying for the show. Nicole first competed on season 21, during which she not only made it to final 3 but also won America’s Favorite Player. She then returned to the house last summer for the All-Star season; however, she was the second alum to be evicted from the game.
Tiffany played a huge role in the success of the Cookout alliance during season 23 of the show this past summer. After the group of six formed early on in the game, Tiffany devised a master plan in order to ensure the alliance would make it to the final six together. The dominating alliance consisted of Tiffany as well as Hannah Chaddha, Azah Awasum, Derek Frazier, Kyland Young and season winner Xavier Prather. Although the alliance did succeed in making it to the final six, Tiffany was the first of the group to be sent to the jury house.
In order to be successful inside the Big Brother house, Tiffany had turned to a former player for advice prior to applying. Earlier this week, Tiffany shared a tweet from Twitter user @MikeGiuda in which he included a screenshot of an old conversation between Tiffany and Nicole. In 2019, Tiffany had asked Nicole, “What advice can you give me when auditioning for Big Brother?” She continued on to note that she was planning on auditioning that year; however, that was ultimately pushed off due to the spontaneous All-Star season amid the pandemic. Nicole advised Tiffany to simply be herself.
Nicole continued on to tell Tiffany, “Don’t change yourself or alter your answers in [your] head.. just speak freely and truly from YOUR heart.” Tiffany was extremely appreciative of Nicole’s advice. She thanked her while also admitting, “I truly adore you!” When Tiffany shared this old exchange of words, she exclaimed, “This is why I say, GO AFTER YOUR DREAMS!” Initially, she had been expecting Nicole to reveal a “secret recipe” for casting; however, Nicole gave her the most simple yet effective advice. Since both Nicole and Tiffany won America’s Favorite Player, Tiffany obviously chose the right person to ask for advice from.
Nicole also reminisced on the old conversation by sharing her love for Tiffany. Needless to say, Tiffany and Nicole have a beautiful friendship in the making. Perhaps they will both return to the Big Brother house to compete alongside each other sometime in the future. It could be the battle of America’s Favorite Players.
