Third Sector launches free digital fundraising forum

Third Sector has launched a free digital fundraising event aimed at charity decision-makers.

Taking place on 15 and 16 December, the digital fundraising forum combines business networking with expert speaker sessions on fundraising in a landscape that has been dramatically disrupted by the coronavirus pandemic.

Each half-day event will combine short pre-arranged meetings between delegates and partner suppliers, with talks and panel events.

Confirmed topics include delivering digital services and solutions during a time of crisis, using digital platforms to find social investors, and diversifying income streams.

As places are limited and subject to approval, people interested in attending are encouraged to apply for a conference slot early.

Gemma Bardsley, consulting director at Ogilvy Consulting, has been confirmed as a keynote speaker at the event. With clients including David Attenborough and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Bardsley has global experience in working across sectors to deliver groundbreaking digital campaigns.

“This is a new model of event for Third Sector, and I hope the combination of talks, panel events and networking sessions will be valuable for both delegates and partner suppliers,” said Emily Burt, editor of Third Sector

“I look forward to joining our speakers and guests in December.”

Applications are now open for the digital fundraising forum.
