Studio Taan and Kasu Vana Present India as a Soothing Travel Alternative

Luxury

Working in close collaboration with exclusive project design company specializing in luxurious holiday accommodation located amongst the untouched heritage village of Assagao, India, Kasu Assets Development Pvt Ltd (better known as Kasu Vana), and Bangalore-based Studio Taan present an all-new take on interior design in vacation homes.

Creating an ambiance which both emanates luxury, and showcases modernity, in a casual environment, the overall accommodation spans seamlessly across five separate villas, each nestled peacefully within a dense green forest, far away from the nation’s bustling city center.

Boasting over 2,800 sqm of lush flora, quiet air and a picturesque landscape, each residence is characterized by its ability to blend harmoniously into the natural environment, through the incorporation of a warm and neutral toned color palette. Clad in locally sourced laterite, the villa’s central living area is highlighted by the rich yet subtle texture of lime plastered walls and kota stone flooring, alongside the inclusion of floor-to-ceiling glass panels – which work effortlessly in blurring the lines of each perceived outdoor and indoor space.
