Elysia Crampton has announced a new album, OCORARA 2010, which arrives tomorrow (May 1) via PAN. The new release is a benefit album for American Indian Movement West and is led by the single “Morning Star-Red Glare-Sequoia Bridge,” featuring Jeremy Rojas. As a press release puts it, the record follows “intergenerational trauma, fugitives of Christian violence in a twilight called puruma, returning to mamacocha, the sea that theorists call nowhere.” Listen to Crampton’s new song below.

Crampton’s last full-length, her self-titled fourth LP, was released in 2018.
