Lady Gaga Covers Mister Rogers’ “Won’t You Be My Neighbor”

On February 8, Super Bowl LX will feature the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots go head to head in Santa Clara, California, while Bad Bunny takes the stage for the game’s halftime show. One of the many commercials set to air during the event comes from Redfin and Rocket Mortgage, who have recruited Lady Gaga to cover the Mister Rogers’ theme song “Won’t You Be My Neighbor.” You can hear the Grammy-winning singer perform a portion of the song in a teaser clip below.

“Mr. Rogers was so clearly someone who stood for something and it is powerful to think of what he would say right now,” Gaga says in the short, explaining that it’s a “special song to revisit at this time.”
