LANA boasts 15 new tracks, including a collaboration with Kendrick Lamar titled “30 for 30.” Listeners will also find the 2024 release “Saturn” included on the album; the song was recently named one of the 200 best of the year as part of our Annual Report.

A few hours before the release of LANA, SZA also shared the eerie visual for “Drive,” which features an appearance from Ben Stiller. The actor-director and artist began a rapport on Twitter when SZA expressed her admiration for Severance, along with her anticipation around the new season.

While much of LANA is in line with the energy of SOS, some of the songs are brighter, including the playful and upbeat “BMF.” On “Get Behind Me (Interlude),” she istinss that she won’t be brought down; other offerings, like “Crybaby” and “Drive,” lean back into a more introspective and restrained sound.

Currently, SZA is prepping for a highly anticipated 21-date stadium tour with Kendrick Lamar, which is set to kick off in April. She’ll be joining forces with the rapper to bring the “Grand National Tour” to cities like Atlanta, Seattle, Los Angeles, and more. See the full tour details and grab tickets here.

It’s set to be a busy 2025 for the vocalist, as she’s also expected to make her acting debut in a new film from Issa Rae.
