Opening in early 2025, Rosewood Mandarina will be Rosewood’s fourth property in Mexico. Located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, approximately 90 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, the resort will be home to 134 suites, each fully equipped with private terraces, plunge pools, stunning vistas, and a collection of private residences. With five bars and restaurants ranging from a specialty restaurant at the top of a mountain to a beach shack on the cliff’s edge, guests will offer four pools, an Asaya spa, and expansive fitness facilities. Expected to open in spring 2025 following a meticulously and thoughtfully-crafted restoration effort led by renowned architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interior design from Pierre-Yves Rochon, Waldorf Astoria New York has transitioned from 1,400 keys to 375 rooms and suites and has 375 residences ranging from studios to four-bedrooms. With over 200 rooms, ranging from 570-710 sq. ft., the property will boast some of New York City’s largest hotel accommodations, and each room and suite is enhanced with intuitive technology and amenities. It will be home to three food and beverage experiences, including a signature restaurant led by Chef Michael Anthony, a sprawling 30,000 sq. ft. spa, one of the largest in NYC, and a cutting-edge fitness center.

HQ Detroit will redefine lifestyle hotels in Detroit. Led by global hotelier Sam Nazarian and in partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the hotel will open in 2025. It will be the first U.S.-based property for HQ, combining exceptional dining, innovative design, and personalized services.
