There’s no doubt Sunset Music Festival 2022 is going to be the biggest, most unforgettable edition yet. It’s the festival’s 10th anniversary and as we reported previously, is now moving to a full 3 days. The phase 1 lineup already blew us away, pulling top and emerging talent from the best of the electronic music scene including Gryffin, Gorgon City, Jason Ross, Sidepiece, Dillon Francis, and many more.

Now, Sunset has just announced one of the biggest stars in dance music, Skrillex, to join the lineup as the first of three Main Stage closers. Fans earned this announcement, retweeting a teaser tweet from Sunset over 300 times in less than 2 hours to unlock this huge news.

2022 will be Skrillex’s 4th appearance at the festival and fans can count on nothing short of an epic performance that is sure to feature everything from his signature dubstep hits to his more recent 4 on the floor house bangers.

“In celebration of our first ten years of Sunset Music Festival and our expansion to a 3-day festival, we are honored to have Skrillex return to close the main stage. I can’t wait for what’s sure to be an extraordinary set.”  – John Santoro, Sunset Events Founder

This years Sunset boasts redesigned stages, reimagined site grounds, and refreshed festival offerings to provide new ways to experience the festival. In addition, Sunset Music Festival now offers special hotel and ticket packages through Fuse. Each package includes a 3 – 4 night hotel stay at partner hotels in Tampa, FL, and exclusive add-ons for purchase of open bar and brunch. Ticket and hotel packages are available to view here.
