Across all the seasons of 90 Day Fiancé that Angela has been in, rarely has she walked away without causing any drama. While her first-ever stint had Angela catching Michael cheating, and later accusing him of robbing her money and even breaking up during a Tell-All reunion, the latest one had her clashing with her Nigerian partner over toting babies. However, the finale for 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5 concluded with Angela announcing her 100-pound surgery, which Michael opposed. This is the theme that seems to be continued on season 6, with Michael still awaiting his spousal visa in Lagos, and Angela starting her shocking makeover.

A preview aired during 90 Day Bares All suggests 90 Day Fiancé star Angela is having the best of both worlds. As per ET, Angela, accompanied by fitness trainer Natasha Fett, is seen visiting her plastic surgeon Dr. Michael K. Obeng, who not just shares the same name as her husband but is also his doppelganger. Obviously, 90 Day Fiancé star Angela falls for the doctor and her first impression is “are you married?” as she instantly starts flirting with him while declaring that smells good and is “too handsome” to be a doctor. “I have a big, tall, built doctor that’s from Ghana, and that’s like, side-to-side Nigeria. And his name is Michael. I don’t know if the universe is giving me a gift, or trying to get my a** in trouble,” laughs the 90 Day Fiancé veteran.

When doctor Michael asks his patient to wear a gown so he could examine her arms, breasts, and tummy, Angela bursts out laughing. Upon being called out by the surgeon who asks, “you like to laugh huh?” to which she replies with, “well, I haven’t had my breasts touched in six months, what do you think?” Angela admits that she’s done plenty of wet T-shirt competitions before but being unrobed by a doctor who looks like Michael from the head up as he “medically fondled” her chest has put her in a tough spot.

The weight loss expert, though, says that 90 Day Fiancé celeb Angela is “very flirtatious” and when a patient usually does that he likes to keep things professional. “I try to entertain it, but not entertain it, so we might dance in circles,” medical Michael says before adding that he doesn’t want to offend Angela. However, would it be Michael from Nigeria who will the one getting offended after watching this clip? After all, Angela does seem to be having trust issues in him and also gets a tracker installed in his phone as per the trailer for 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?
