Governor David Ige announced that out-of-state travelers looking to vacation in Hawaii can avoid the required 14-day quarantine if they show a valid COVID-19 test with proof of a negative test result prior to their arrival starting on September 1, 2020.

Each thoughtfully appointed suite offers separate living and dining rooms, a full gourmet kitchen, laundry facilities and walk-in closets. Rooms range from 1,250 sq.ft., one bedroom garden view to a luxurious four bedroom 4,050 sq.ft., ocean view penthouse hotel suite with three king-size beds and two full size beds. It’s a private home with three lanais and a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen. En suite marble bathrooms offer a deep soaking bathtub and separate shower.
An enhanced cleaning protocol includes individual hand sanitizers and packet of disinfectant wipes for guests to use throughout their stay. Rooms and suites will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly, in accordance with health and government guidelines. All housekeeping associates are required to wear a mask and gloves prior to entering all guest rooms. Housekeeping services can be declined or staggered based by guests preferences.

Montage Kapalua Bay is also located near two top-rated golf courses, the Bay Course and the Plantation Course. Opened in 1975, it is known for having the only hole to play over the Pacific Ocean in Maui. Golfers of all skill levels will appreciate the ocean views and gently rolling fairways.
Outside of Kapalua, the island of Maui offers golfers a wide array of some of the finest courses available anywhere. Choose from over a dozen courses including many that are ranked at or near the top of noted “world’s best” lists and designed by noted course architects such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw.
