The first Prestige 420 in Asia is the star of a new video that was shot in Thailand and produced by Asia Yachting, which represents the French builder in Hong Kong, Macau and five Southeast Asian countries – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.
Asia Yachting staged the Asia premiere of the Prestige 420 at this year’s Thailand Yacht Show, which was held at Royal Phuket Marina. Prestige has described the 42ft 10in ‘entry’ model as its fastest-selling yacht ever, having enjoyed strong sales since its world premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival last September.
Asia Yachting organised a video and photo shoot of the Thailand-based Prestige 420, which was filmed as it headed to Koh Hong, a small island off the coast of Krabi Coast with spectacular rock formation and natural lagoon.
Designed by Italy’s Garroni Design, the Prestige 420 has an impressive flybridge for its size and a foredeck with adjustable sun loungers.
The cockpit has an L-shaped sofa and dining table, while the interior has an aft galley and a saloon with facing sofas and a dining table. The lower deck has a full-beam master suite midships and a VIP cabin in the bow.
Currently lying in Phuket, the yacht is available for viewings and sea trials upon request once the lockdown measures have been lifted.
Asia Yachting represents fellow fellow Beneteau Group brands Monte Carlo Yachts and Beneteau Swift Trawler in the same markets as Prestige, and is also a dealer for French catamaran builder Fountaine Pajot and US powerboat brands Nautique and Scarab.
