Heritage Hideaway: Kick Back And Relax At The Barracks Hotel Sentosa

Luxury

Haute Heritage

The Barracks Hotel Sentosa is housed in conserved colonial buildings, which were built in 1904. Once utilised by the British Army, a duo of two-floor buildings is now home to 40 guest rooms, which come with high ceilings and vintage-inspired décor. The second floor rooms boast balconies, and views of the stunning pool, while rooms on the ground floor have a patio with direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi. Of the 40 rooms, six are suites.

The Services

Guests may embark on complimentary heritage tours that allow them to learn more about the history of the buildings, and Sentosa. The hotel also has a personalised Equerry Service, which enables guests to arrange transfers and bellboy services, as well as plan activities in Singapore. The Imbiah Monorail and Cable Car Station is just a three-minute walk away from the hotel, which makes it easy to travel around Sentosa or out to the neighbouring VivoCity mall.

Dining

Besides the daily breakfast buffet, which entitles guests to a glass of prosecco, in-room minibar refreshments are free-of-charge. Complimentary cocktails and canapes are also served daily from 6 to 8pm at the hotel. For high-tea fanatics, The Barracks Hotel Sentosa serves tiered trays of sweet and savoury snacks, along with “Tea Tailoring” using Pryce Tea – an award-winning local tea company.
