Bluegame BGM75 Debuts in Asia-Pacific

Sanlorenzo Asia-Pacific hosted the Asia-Pacific premiere of Bluegame’s BGM75 multihull motoryacht in Singapore last weekend. Held at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, the regional debut of the BGM75 included a dockside presentation accompanied by live music, followed by private tours and sea trials of the 22.7m multihull motoryacht.

Daniele Lucà, CEO of Sanlorenzo Asia-Pacific, commented: “The BGM75 is a decisive step forward for Bluegame and for yachting in our region. Her arrival underscores the growing appetite in Asia-Pacific for yachts that combine environmental efficiency, interior volume and unmistakable Italian style.”

Bluegame’s first multihull, the BGM75 was designed by Bluegame’s Chief Designer Luca Santella and Bernardo Zuccon of Zuccon International Project. The BGM75 features a sleek profile and a generous 8.15m beam, as well as folding aft terraces that add 2m to the width. The model offers 50 per cent more room than a monohull of the same length, according to the Sanlorenzo-owned brand.

Francesco Bandini, Bluegame’s Sales Manager, flew in from Italy for the special occasion. “This yacht demonstrates perfectly balanced proportions that allow for a spacious and seamless interior,” he said. “At first glance, it features the elegant shape of a monohull, yet offers increased volumes along with the enhanced comfort and safety typical of a multihull, which is great for Asia.”

With a shallow draft, twin Volvo engines, a top speed of 21 knots and a cruising range of 1,500nm at 8.5 knots, the BGM75 is suitable for exploring the many islands and remote anchorages of Southeast Asia.

Outdoor areas include the expansive beach club, aft cockpit, foredeck lounge, and a sheltered flybridge, while the voluminous interior includes a large, open-plan saloon and dining area, and four guest cabins on the lower deck.

Harvey Brewin, Sales Manager for Simpson Marine Singapore, noted: “The number of conversations we had during the premiere confirms that the BGM75 strikes the perfect chord with Southeast Asian owners. Her long-range capability and versatile layout are exactly what this market has been waiting for.”

The BGM75 joins Bluegame’s Asia-Pacific fleet, which includes BGX63 and BGX73 models in Thailand, Australia, Malaysia and Indonesia.
